so that we can investigate with the Hermis and advise you on the next steps.
My order never arrived?
If your order has not arrived after 4-6 days after receiving the shipping notification email, please contact us so that we can investigate with the Hermis ASAP.
If you choose next day delivery, we will post your product the next day, you should receive it within 3 days, if there is a delay contact us, as this could be a delay with Hermis.
What is your returns policy?
For safety reasons:
- skin care products cannot be returned once they have been posted.
- We are not able to resell returned products.
- Please request samples.
- Please cancel your order ASAP before you receive the dispatch note by contacting us.
